These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the RiseCare website located at https://www.risecare.co (the “Site”), operated by RiseCare LLC (“RiseCare,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). 

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. 

1. Purpose of the Site 

The RiseCare website is provided for informational purposes only. The Site is intended to: 

  • Share information about RiseCare’s mission, approach, and vision 
  • Allow employers and providers to join waitlists 
  • Allow visitors to contact RiseCare or express career interest 

RiseCare does not currently provide medical services, care delivery, or digital health services through this Site. 

2. Eligibility 

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site. 

The Site is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. 

3. Use of the Site 

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. 

You agree not to: 

  • Submit false, misleading, or inaccurate information 
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems 
  • Interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the Site 
  • Use the Site to transmit harmful, abusive, or unlawful content 

RiseCare may restrict or terminate access to the Site at any time, at its discretion. 

4. Waitlists, Inquiries, and Submissions 

A. Waitlists 

By submitting information to a Provider or Employer waitlist, you acknowledge that: 

  • Joining a waitlist does not guarantee participation in RiseCare products or services 
  • RiseCare may use the information provided to evaluate interest and alignment 
  • RiseCare may contact you using the contact information you provide 

B. Inquiries and Career Communications 

If you contact RiseCare via email or submit career‑related information: 

  • You do so voluntarily 
  • RiseCare may use the information solely to respond to your inquiry or evaluate interest 

5. No Medical, Legal, or Professional Advice 

All content provided on the Site is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute: 

  • Medical advice 
  • Clinical guidance 
  • Legal advice 
  • Insurance or benefits advice 

You should not rely on any information on this Site as a substitute for professional judgment or consultation.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, branding, and logos, is owned by or licensed to RiseCare LLC, including certain content licensed from third‑party providers, and is protected by intellectual property laws.

The Site may contain links to third‑party websites. RiseCare is not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of third‑party sites.

RiseCare makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:
